PATSY HALLIDAY - Water Resource, geotechnical and environmental matters, with a secondary interest in commercial and labor/employment matters

With 21 years of experience as a past co-owner of a large Tampa court reporting firm and 30 years of court reporting experience gained during that time and since, Patsy Halliday is well versed in customer satisfaction and offers case management skills when taking on large litigation matters. Patsy lauched her career in 1978 by diving head first into the highly technical areas of water resource permitting, environmental resource permitting, development of regional impact litigation, mine application litigation, rule challenge proceedings, and other related technical matters. When not involved in these administrative law matters, Patsy enjoys commercial and construction litigation and labor/employment dispute matters. What sets Patsy apart from most court reporters is her willingness to travel at no charge to whatever destination her cases may take her, whether it's the big city streets or the rural country roads of Florida.
